FREE 14-day trial

How does the free trial work?

During your free 14-day trial, we provide full access to Garage Software Solutions without requiring your credit card. You'll be able to use Dashboard for 14 days with no limit on features. You can Try all features for 14 days or until you're ready to activate your account.

How do I activate my account?

When you're ready to activate your account and start paying, simply follow this address on your dashboard: Software Setup > Accounts > Activate Account.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You can trial garage softwar with no commitment. If you choose to activate your account, you pay monthly as you go and can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. There are no commitment and no contracts.

Are there any other costs in addition to monthly payments to consider?

No, not a penny. We agree on monthly payments with you, which means you know exactly what you will pay.

How to Log in to my account (My Garage)

Once you have signed up with Garage Software Solutions (GSS), we will create an account for you.

To Log in to your account, please follow the simple steps below:

  • 1. Press the green My Garage button from the top menu bar.
  • 2. Next, enter your email address and password.
  • 3. Press the Login button - this will redirect you to your account.

How soon will my account be activated?

Our system will automatically activate your account as soon as payment is received and the order has been manually verified.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and American Express credit cards. We also accept Stripe as well.

Does Garage Software Solutions support multiple accounts?

Yes, it does. Our garage software has been developed to be flexible enough to be used in garages using just one or more registers.

Does Garage Software Solutions track customer data?

Yes, our software tracks all of your customer information. You can easily view a customer’s previous bookings, invoices, quotations, vehicle's information, account information, etc.

Is your Garage Software a Responsive Web application?

Yes! Our software is perfectly optimised for smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop devices.

I don’t live in the UK: can I use your software?

Yes, sure. You can use our software from anywhere in the world via Internet.

Do I need special software or tools to use the Garage Management Software?

Absolutely none! All you need is a web browser and a connection to the Internet.

Do I need special skills to use the Garage Management Software?

No. Our garage software is extremely easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface. You don't need computer skills to use it.

Does your booking software support Automated MOT reminder?

Absolutely. Our booking software enables garages to send automated email reminders & helps to drive customers back for their next MOT.

Does your garage software support database?

Yes, our software is a full-featured, database-driven web application.

What if I already have a website and want to take bookings directly from my own website?

You're enable to take bookings directly from your own website and social media (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) just by adding your Booking Button. This means your customers are just a click away.

Do I have to pay commission on each online booking?

No, not a penny.

Website Design

How long will it take to design and create my garage website?

A custom microsite can take as little as three weeks. The timeframe for implementation varies on the number of web pages. In most cases, we're waiting on the client and the client is not waiting on us.

Are all of your sites completely custom designed?

Absolutely. Each client receives a unique website that is bespoke designed to your specifications. Our dedicated designers are only limited by our client's imaginations.

Do you create a Responsive Web Design for me?

Yes! We create a responsive website design for your garage and is perfectly optimised for smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop devices.

I already have a website, but I want a new design. Can you help?

Yes. We often redesign existing web sites from easy and quick revisions to a customised, newly tailored design. No job is too big or too small for us. Please call us on 07964 533916 for a free no obligation chat. If you prefer, you can email us.

What is the additional cost for more pages?

Additional pages can be added at any time during and or after the design process. We dedicated to building your site so that it fits your specific needs. The cost for extra pages is £95 per page. If you already have a website that you want to add to, just get in touch with us.

What if I don't like the initial design?

If you are unsatisfied with the initial design, we offer unlimited design revisions until you're 100% happy with the final design.

Will I own the finished product?

Yes. All we ask is the right to post screenshots and a description of your site in our portfolio.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, not a penny. We agree a fixed price with you, which means you know exactly what you will pay. Quotes are always given before we start any work, and costs are clearly documented. The only time we would charge additional fees would be in the instances where a client requests a new page or some additional material or images for the website after work has commenced. Charges for additional work such as this are always given before the work starts.

Are your websites search engine friendly?

All of our websites are designed around Google’s guidelines for organic SEO. In addition to having a search engine friendly website, we will create a sitemap.xml file and submit it to Google and Bing upon launch.

Will my website show up in Google?

Yes. We design websites from the ground up so that they work well with search engines like Google, Yahoo! and Bing. We ensure each page is optimised for the keywords that you want to promote. We submit your website and add monitoring tools (Google Analytics for example) so that you can view detailed statistics on the visitors to your site.

Will my site be listed in major search engines?

Yes. We develop your bespoke layout in a search engine friendly format. We take necessary steps to place your website into major search engines.

Website Hosting

Do you provide web hosting?

Yes, the majority of websites we develop are hosted on our own servers. Every website that we design will come with a free domain name and 1 year hosting subscription.

Can you create my hosting account for me?

Yes, we would. This service is included for free with our garage package.

How to migrate my website FROM another host TO your Hosting?

Our free migration service can seamlessly migrate your website to our premium hosting platform with little to no downtime.

Can I host more than 1 domain/website on my hosting plan?

Yes. You can host unlimited domains/websites on your account. This will save you more money, as you won’t require additional hosting account to host your other websites.

Domain Name

Do you offer a FREE domain name for life?

Yes. You have the opportunity to get an absolutely free domain for life. With our web hosting package which is already included, you can register a new or transfer an existing domain name for life with no additional cost apart from the hosting fee. Your free domain for life will remain free as long as you renew your hosting plan with us.

Can you register my domain name for me?

Yes, we can manage all your domain registration requirements for free.

How can I log in to My Garage?

My Garage link is located on the right hand side of the top navigation bar and is specified with green background colour.

We recommend you to bookmark the My Garage login page in your browser for easy access.

Please click on the following link to access directly to the My Garage.

How can I open a support ticket?

To open a ticket, please log in to the My Garage and then simply follow this address on your dashboard: Tickets > Open New Ticket.

I've forgotten my password, how can I log in to My Garage?

No worry! you can reset your password.

Please go to the Password Reset page and then enter the email address you registered with, and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password.
