To cancel your subscription, please follow the simple steps below:
Please bear in mind that only the primary account holder (manager/business owner) can manage account/s.
1. Select Setup from the top navigation bar, and then choose My Accounts from the drop-down list.
This is the place where you can configure your account/s settings. Available Management Features: Add New Account, Update Account, Activate Account, Update credit/debit Card details and Cancel Subscription.
If you have multiple accounts, please select the one you want to activate from the Search field.
2. Next, press the Cancel Subscription button.
Having done that, you'll be redirected to Account Cancellation Request page.
3. Next, please briefly describe your reason for cancellation.
4. Finally, press the REQUEST CANCELLATION button.
Please Note: if you cancel at least 5 days before the renewal date, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
