Submitting a ticket is one of the ways that you can quickly get a hold of our Support Staff. Our goal at Garage Software Solutions is to make your experience as easy as possible so you can focus on your business!
In this tutorial, we'll show you how to submit a support ticket.
1. Select Support from the top navigation bar and choose Open a Support Ticket from the drop-down list.
2. Select the Department where you need help and then choose your Priority (to indicate an appropriate severity for your ticket) option.
3. Fill out the Subject and Message fields, and then press the Submit button.
If you want to attach a file, please press Browse.... and select the file you want to send.
