To search for a specific customer, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Customers, and select List all Customers from the drop-down options.
After selecting List All Customers, a screen will appear listing all of your current customers.
2. Press Search tab to specify the appropriate search criteria.
You can enter any of the following parameters to narrow down the list of customers:
- Customer Name
- Company Name
- Reference Number
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Customer Group
- Status
- Date Added
3. Press the Search button when you're ready to proceed.
If there are no records to display, the search form will return "No Records Found".
If you want to go back to the default list view, press the Reset tab.
Available management features are listed below:
- Add Customer - by clicking this button, you can go to New Customer page to create a customer.
- Customer Summary - this provides a single place to quickly locate and manage any customer account. All customer's data and services are available here.
- Edit Customer Profile - from here you can update the customer profile.
- Add New Vehicle - allows you to add a new vehicle and assign it to the customer.
- Add New Booking - by using this link, you can add a booking for the customer.
- Create Invoice - from here you can create an invoice for the customer.
- Create Quote - allows you to create a quotation for the customer.
- Delete Customer - by pressing this option, you can delete the customer's account.
- Send Message - allows you to send message to your customers.
- Update Customer Status - allows you to update customer/s status.
