To search for a specific vehicle, please follow the simple steps below:
1. Go to Vehicles, and select List All Vehicles from the drop-down options.
After selecting 'List All Vehicles', a screen will appear listing all of your current vehicles.
2. Click Search tab to specify the appropriate search criteria.
You can enter any of the following parameters to narrow down the list of vehicles:
- Make
- Model
- Owner
- Registration Number
- Mileage
- Chassis Number
- Status
- Date Added
3. Click the Search button when you're ready to proceed.
If there are no records among your search, the search form will return "No Records Found".
If you want to go back to the default list view, Click Reset.
Available management features are listed below:
- Add Vehicle - by clicking this button, you can go to New Vehicle page to add a vehicle and assign it to a customer.
- Customer Summary - this provides a single place to manage any individual customer's account. All customer's data and services are available here.
- Edit Vehicle - by pressing the pencil icon in the row, you can update the vehicle details.
- Service History - by selecting this option, you can access the vehicle's service history.
- Number of Bookings - by pressing this option, you can keep track of all vehicle related bookings.
- Create a Report - by selecting this option, you can create a new technician report.
- Delete Vehicle - by pressing this option, you can delete a vehicle.
- Mass Action - allows you to manage your vehicles more efficiently by updating their status.
