We assume that you have already logged in to your Admin Panel.

How to add a New Booking

To add a new booking, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to Bookings, and select Add New Booking from its drop-down options.

The booking process can be completed in real time, and in just 3 simple steps.

2. First, select your service from the checklist. The booking system allows you to select multiple services at once if you needed.

The following article can help you how to set up your services.

3. Then, Select your Preferred Date (month, year, and then day) from the calendar.

4. Once you’ve done so, proceed by clicking the Next Step button:

5. In the step 2, please click on your preferred booking time button. By doing that, it will automatically redirect you to the next and final step.

If you cannot find any available time slots, please use the Return to Service & Date button to navigate to the previous page( Step 1) without losing your data. This button is located at the bottom left of the page.

Step 3

6. In the step 3, you have 2 options:

  • 6.1. Book for EXISTING customer
  • 6.2. Book for NEW customer

Please select one and follow its instructions below:

6.1. Book for EXISTING customer

6.1.1. Use the search box to find your customer. You can search by customer name, company name or customer ID.

If a customer has not already been added to your database, please press the Book for NEW customer tab to continue the booking procedure. Go to 6.2.

6.1.2. Then, Select the customer's Vehicle from Select Vehicle menu list.

If no vehicle has been assigned to your customer's account, our system will automatically add a new record for you and let you proceed with the booking and add vehicle information later.

6.1.3. Finally, press Book Now button to complete your booking.

6.2. Book for NEW customer

As you can see, there are just two mandatory fields customer's First Name and Last Name, which allow you to book quickly and easily.

6.2.1. Enter the customer and vehicle information as much as you want.

6.2.2. Finally, press the Book Now button to complete your booking.

Having done that, you will reach the confirmation page.
