We assume that you have already logged in to your Admin Panel.

How to Search Bookings

To find your bookings, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Go to Bookings, and select List All Bookings from the drop-down options.

After selecting List All Bookings, a screen will appear listing all of your current bookings.

2. Press the Search tab to specify the appropriate search criteria.

You can enter any of the following parameters to narrow down the list of bookings:

  • Booking ID
  • Customer (Customer ID, Name and Campany)
  • Booking Item
  • Vehicle (Vehicle ID, Make and Model)
  • Registration Number
  • Booking Status
  • Appointment From
  • Appointment To

3. Press the Search button when you're ready to proceed.

If there are no records among your search, the search form will return "No Records Found".

If you want to go back to the default list view, press the Reset tab.

Available management features are listed below:

  • Add Booking - by clicking this button, you can go to New Booking page.
  • Customer Summary - this provides a single place to manage any individual customer's account. All customer's data and services are available here.
  • Edit Booking - from here you can manage the booking. Including services: update the booking, edit the customer, edit the vehicle and reschedule the booking.
  • Reschedule Booking - allows you to reschedule the booking (available only on Current Jobs tab).
  • 1 Click Invoice - this link allows you to automatically generate an invoice for the booking. This is the quickest way to create an invoice for a booking. This feature is not available on Pending status.
  • View & Edit Invoice - if you've already created an invoice for the booking, you can view and update that through this link.
  • Confirm Booking - allows you to confirm the booking (available only on Pending status).
  • Delete Booking - from here you can delete bookings individually.
  • Mass Action buttons - allow you to manage your bookings more efficiently by updating their status.
  • Delete - this button allows you to delete booking/s (individually or by group).
  • And More
