Submitting a ticket is one of the ways that you can quickly get a hold of our Support Staff. Our goal at Garage Software Solutions is to make your experience as easy as possible so you can focus on your business!
In this tutorial, we'll show you how to submit a support ticket.
1. Select Support Ticket from the top menu bar.
2. On the Open Ticket page, please enter your Name, Email address and Subject.
3. Next, select the Department where you need help and then choose your Priority (to indicate an appropriate severity for your ticket) option.
4. Then, enter your Message and Security Code.
5. Finally, press the Submit Ticket button.
