What are your hours of operation

At Garage Software Solutions (GSS), we have adapted our opening hours to meet the needs of our clients.

Support Centre

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Excluding public and bank holidays.

Requests made outside of those times may encounter a slight delay. We will respond to all support tickets no later than 6 business hours from receiving it.

Our Support Team can be contacted directly via the Open a Support Ticket link that appears on Support > Open a Support Ticket.

Data Centre

Our Data Centre (Magic Hosting ) is staffed 24/7 and support technicians are on hand at all times.
